In good time for Christmas, we will get out our biscuit cutters - and will be baking together online so that we have a small, sweet supply for the Christmas season, also ideal as a little present! And incidentally you can pay more attention to climate while baking Plätzchen than you would have thought: who would have known that butter - the classic main ingredient in Christmas baking - is the food item with the worst life-cycle assessment altogether? In any case, vegan Christmas baking fortunately offers all of the usual tasty treats and Clarissa Juse has already been testing her three basic recipes on various relatives for many years. Apart from receiving tips about how Christmas baking can become more regional and sustainable (but with just as many calories!) all participants will be busy creating “Kicherschnee” - a magical alternative to “Eischnee” (beaten egg white) out of a completely underestimated raw material, which has probably always landed in the drain with most of us... You will be sent a shopping list up ahead and then we can look forward baking together in a cozy and inspiring atmosphere!

THE EVENT IS TAKING PLACE AS AN ONLINE WORKSHOP. ALL PARTICIPANTS WILL RECEIVE A SHOPPING LIST UP AHEAD.

The workshop will take place in German.
