More and more people eat less meat – delicious, hearty alternatives to meat are thus all the more sought after. And it is possible to make them yourself – according to your own desires and ideas, cheaper, more healthy and less intensely processed than many a supermarket product!
 
 
This workshop is all about “seitan”. This versatile Asian alternative to meat is made of wheat protein and has existed for hundreds of years. Clarissa Juse will introduce us into the world of seitan, in which practically nothing is impossible – even vegan “Weißwürste” can quite easily be made! You can look forward to many tasty meat alternatives, which all of us will prepare together, and at the end of the workshop the results will for sure land on our plates.

The workshop will take place in German.
