Mindfulness is the ability to be aware of the present moment. During our days we sometimes experience small moments in which we are mindful, and thus plunge into this moment completely. But most of the times our mind is already occupied with thoughts about tomorrow’s seminar, our shopping list or planning our holidays, and thus we react on autopilot without realizing what we are actually doing at the moment. By applying various meditation methods, we will practice being aware of the moment, calming our minds and thus how to summon new strength. Apart from short theoretic insights into the methods and the way they work, we will also try out different mindfulness meditation techniques. The exercises can be carried out while sitting or lying down. Afterwards there will enough time left for us to talk about it and ask questions.

Please have a mat, comfortable clothes and a blanket ready.
