Does everything seem grey and dull outside your window? Then we have exactly the right thing for you! Let's drive out the winter blues by experimenting with the broad colour spectrum provided by fruit and vegetables – from black to purple and yellow, green, pink and blue.
 
As regional and seasonal as possible!
 
Have you ever made colourful rainbow pasta yourself? Ever created deep black contrasts with sesame seeds? Prepared a sky-blue dessert using seaweed? We do not only conceive what our food tastes like; so this time we will focus especially on colours. By creatively doing everything a little different than usual, we will arouse our creativity and have fun. And besides: colours are healthy! Lots of natural colouring, secondary plant metabolites, have a positive effect on our bodies.
 
We're going to create a complete several-course vegan dinner and will of course also try out the mood-lifting effect the colour explosion on our plates will have on us.
 
The cooking course will be held in German but you are welcome to join even if you are not fluent!
