What would brunch be without freshly-baked bread and some lovely spreads? Health food stores and supermarkets offer a large selection of them. However, it is really easy and not in the least expensive to make them yourself. You then also know exactly what is in them. Heidi from the “Umdenkerei” (Eng. “rethinking”) will show you, with dead easy recipes, how diverse the world of vegan spreads is and what alternatives there are to butter, spread cheese and Co. We will be cutting up, weighing and mixing with just a couple of basic ingredients and lots of fun. You will get to know lots of alternatives for spreading on your bread.
THE EVENT IS TAKING PLACE AS AN ONLINE WORKSHOP. ALL PARTICIPANTS WILL RECEIVE A SHOPPING LIST UP AHEAD.
