The Franconian metropolis Nuremberg hosts the most famous Christmas market in the world and looks back on an eventful history: a former imperial palace, a powerful imperial city and an international centre of trade and commerce. During a two-hour guided tour through the old part of town you will be told interesting facts about Nuremberg’s history and will be able to admire the city’s landmark, the impressive medieval imperial palace.

Afterwards you will have time to explore the city by yourself, either on your own or in small groups.

The city tour will take place in English.

If you want to join the daytrip, you need to have a "Deutschlandticket". Otherwise you need to get yourself a "Bayernticket" for the day! (This is not included in the price, students have to pay the train ticket by themselves.)
