How to register

Step 1: Ticket Category
Select the appropriate ticket option according to your membership status and institution, as well as your preferred payment method (credit card or invoice). If you have a voucher code, you can redeem it here.

Step 2: Registration
Complete the online form with your personal details and your organization’s information.

Step 3: Confirmation
After submitting your registration, you will receive a confirmation and the corresponding invoice.*

*If you choose payment by invoice, you will first receive a preliminary confirmation. The final confirmation and your admission ticket will be issued once payment has been received.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation by the participant:

before January 31, 2026: Processing fee in the amount of 150 Euro (+19% MwSt.)
after January 31, 2026: Cancellation fee of 100% of the total cost

Substitute participants are accepted at no extra charge.

Notice Regarding Photo and Audio/Video Recording
During the event, photographs, video recordings, and audio recordings will be made. By participating in the event, you agree to the possible publication of these recordings in print media, online media, and social media channels.
