What Can You Submit? 

  • Presentations (25 minutes):
    Latest developments, research findings, or best practices. Ideal for technical innovations, case studies, or strategic insights. 
  • Expert Corner (25 minutes):
    Interactive exchange on specialized topics in small expert groups. 
  • World Cafés & Workshops (90 minutes):
    Hands-on sessions for in-depth discussions and practical applications. 
  • Start-up Pitches:
    For young companies: Enter your company name as "Title" and describe your company in the abstract, including the value proposition that makes you a winning candidate. 

 

How It Works:

Important Note: All submissions must be in English – both title and abstract. 

  1. Choose Format: Select presentation, expert corner, workshop, or start-up pitch 
  2. Formulate Title: Concise and meaningful in English
  3. Write Abstract: Maximum 1.200 chars in English
  • Describe your topic and its benefit for participants
  • For start-up pitches: Present your company and its unique selling points
  1. Speaker Profile & Authorization:
  • Users and Research: May present alone 
  • IT Vendors and Consulting Firms: Must have a user as co-speaker on stage
  • prostep ivip Projects: Explicitly mention in the abstract that this is a prostep ivip initiative or project contribution

 

Speaker Costs:

Per contribution applies: 

  • Speaker 1: Free participation 
  • Speaker 2: Reduced contribution fee of €740 plus VAT 

 Important: 

  • Maximum 2 speakers per presentation or expert corner. 
  • Maximum use of one free speaker ticket per contribution (no exceptions!).
