What is a sustainable diet and how can it become part of your daily routine? One thing is for sure: we need a global change where diets are concerned. The food we eat and and especially the conditions of production need to change as quickly as is possible if we want to slow down climate change. That is the urgent appeal of the international research commission Eat-Lancet. Their scientific report, which was published in 2019, is the first to work out scenarios about how it would be possible to feed the world’s growing population a healthy diet without continuing to constantly go over the limit of what our world can cope with. One of the results is the Planetary Health Diet. In a live online workshop, Clarissa Juse will show us what this would look like in our everyday life. Besides some theory, you will be preparing a vegan meal from at home.
THE EVENT IS TAKING PLACE AS AN ONLINE WORKSHOP. ALL PARTICIPANTS WILL RECEIVE A SHOPPING LIST UP AHEAD.
