Have you ever thought about HOW you live your relationship? 
In this group, we would like to encourage you to reflect on joint communication, relationship patterns, typical stumbling blocks and give you “tools” that you can use as a couple. 
The couples can help each other by exchanging ideas in the group. With the help of small exercises, you can try out the knowledge imparted directly. 

Please be aware that the sessions will be held in german.

The group takes place in a protected environment with a maximum of 5 couples. 

 If you are interested, please arrange an initial meeting in person or by telephone by 2025 May 9th in advance by sending a short email to katharina.niedhammer@stwm.de. 

The group meets on a total of 4 dates. 

Group sessions of 90 minutes each on Mondays 2025 May 14th, May 21th, May 28th, June 4th
