1st General Assembly of the
Association of Fire Brigades in the European Union
on 1st June 2026 in Hannover



The 1st General Assembly of the ‘Association of Fire Brigades in the European Union’ will take place

on Monday, 1st June 2026, from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.
at the Convention Center (CC)/Hall 3B on the grounds of the Deutsche Messe, 30521 Hanover.

The assembly coincides with INTERSCHUTZ, the world's leading trade fair for fire services, rescue services and civil protection.

Monday, 1st June 2026
- Arrival of delegates
- If applicable, visit of the INTERSCHUTZ 2026 trade fair and the German Fire Services Association's stand in Hall 27/Stand D46 (admission from 9 a.m.) with presentation by the association
- 1st General Assembly from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. in the Convention Center / Hall 3B (registration and light lunch from 1:00 p.m.)
- Evening at leisure or ‘Hanover Evening’ by personal invitation of the Mayor of the City of Hanover in the New Town Hall Hanover (from 7 p.m.)

Tuesday, 2nd June 2026
- If applicable, visit of the INTERSCHUTZ 2026 trade fair and the German Fire Services Association's stand in Hall 27/Stand D46 (admission from 9 a.m.) with presentation by the association
- For your information: CTIF Delegates' Meeting, 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in the Convention Centre/Hall 1B
- Members' Dinner at the Hoflokal restaurant, Adenauer Allee 1, 30175 Hanover. The restaurant is located approximately 1 km from the Congress Hotel Hanover and 2.3 km from the IntercityHotel Hanover Hauptbahnhof Ost.

The agenda for the 1st General Assembly will be sent to you in time, at least 8 weeks before the event.

Tickets:
- The delegates‘ fee for the general assembly costs € 125.00 per person and includes a free ticket to visit the INTERSCHUTZ 2026 trade fair (valid from 1st to 6th June 2026 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.): 125,00 EUR

- The Members' Dinner costs €120.00 per person, including food (buffet or 3-course menu) and drinks (mineral water, coffee/tea, beer and wine) for a maximum of 3 hours: 120,00 EUR

Each person must be registered individually.

Information on rebooking/cancellation: 
Registration for the General Assembly of the ‘Association of Fire Brigades in the European Union’ is binding. If you are unable to attend, you may nominate a substitute at no additional cost. If you cancel less than two weeks before the event or fail to attend, the registration fee will be due to cover incurred costs. Regardless of the reason for cancellation, participants are required to pay an administrative fee of €70.00. Registration fees already paid will only be refunded up to the amount of the administrative fee or the cancellation fee.
