How can I produce my own lip balm? Is there a sustainable alternative to clingfilm or tinfoil? And – there are bees in the Olympiapark? In this online course, the apiary association “Bienen im Olymp” will explain, step by step, how to produce your own lip balm, beeswax wraps (for wrapping up sandwiches, etc.) and a beeswax candle in no time at all. While all participants are busy stirring, heating up and mixing, the beekeepers will be happy to answer any questions to do with bees & beekeeping.

The course is going to take place online. The registered participants will receive all necessary cosmetic material including heat-resistant cups beforehand (either picking them up or by mail). All you need is a worktop, a cooker and an iron.

Please also buy yourself an ethereal oil you like (suitable for using in cosmetics, e.g. Primavera, available in health food stores). Peppermint, rose, orange or lavender – whatever you yourself like!

The course will take place in German. THE EVENT IS TAKING PLACE AS AN ONLINE WORKSHOP.
