Or you are fundamentally motivated, but find it difficult to get into a productive flow state? In our workshop, we address the small and large motivational hurdles in everyday student life and concrete strategies for overcoming them. You will learn specific techniques for self-motivation and develop a personal goal with initial steps for implementation. So that this semester will be easier!
