Dear CTIF members,
On behalf of CTIF and the German Firefighters Association, we are sending you the first information about the CTIF Delegates' Meeting 2026.
This will take place on Tuesday, June 2, 2026, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. in Hanover, Germany .
Program for CTIF delegates
Sunday, May 31, 2026:
- Arrival of the members of the CTIF Executive Comittee
- Evening for independent planning
Monday, June 1, 2026:
- Arrival of the delegates
- CTIF Executive Comittee Meeting, 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in the Convention Center
- Evening for independent planning
Tuesday, June 2, 2026:
- CTIF Delegates Assembly, 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM in the Convention Center, Hall 1B
- Evening: Gala dinner at a venue in Hanover
Further information and booking options for the Delegates' Meeting and dinner will be sent out in the coming weeks.

Information on rebooking/cancellation:
Registration for the Delegates Assembly is binding. If you are unable to attend, you may nominate a substitute at no additional cost. If you cancel less than two weeks before the event or fail to attend, the registration fee will be due to cover incurred costs. Regardless of the reason for cancellation, participants are required to pay an administrative fee of €70.00. Registration fees already paid will only be refunded up to the amount of the administrative fee or the cancellation fee.
