Please note that you also need access to the exhibition grounds (Interschutz ticket) to participate in the delegates’ assembly. Your tickets for the congress and the Interschutz will be sent to you after receipt of payment. Please bring your tickets to the event.

SHUTTLE
A shuttle service is available for participants of the CTIF delegates assembly from the hotel to the exhibition grounds and from the evening event to the hotel.
The shuttles leave on 17 June 2020 at Mercure Hotel Atrium in Braunschweig and Relexa Hotel in Bad Salzdetfurth.

NOTES ON REBOOKING / CANCELLATION
Legal note: The registration for the congress is binding. If a participant is unable to attend, a substitute participant can be named at no additional cost. If the cancellation is made less than one week before the start of the event or non-participation, the full participation fee will however still be payable to cover the costs incurred (the Interschutz ticket is not refundable). The participant is obliged to pay an administration fee of € 25.00 if he/she cancels his/her registration, regardless of the reason. Each participant will be allowed to prove that a considerably lower amount of damage or no damage at all has been caused by his/her non-arrival. In this case, a cancellation fee is charged, which is based on the actual damage incurred. Participation fees already paid will only be refunded up to the amount of the administration fee or the cancellation fee. See General Terms and Conditions.
