DW Art Collection – Preview_2: Past’s Tomorrow / Today’s Future

Deutsche Welle is more than an internationally operating media company. In accordance with its mission, it is also committed to global cooperation and cultural exchange as a mediator and actor in itself. The presentation of five African contemporary positions from the DW Art Collection in the framework of this year's DW Global Media Forum takes up this idea.

Entitled DW Art Collection – Preview_2: Past's Tomorrow / Today's Future, we will be showing a selection of artistic works created in Western Africa from the 1960s to the present: Paintings, prints and photographs by Soly Cissé, Serigne Mbaye Camara, Akinbode Akinbiyi, Issa Samb, and Fréderic Bruly Bouabré.
